Our practice has been devoted to implementing the latest technology to improve our service and patient experience. We are excited to introduce our innovative smartphone app iSmartOffice™ to you. The iSmartOffice™ app will enable users to request dental appointments, receive promotions, search for dental providers in an easy and convenient way.
How to get started?
Step One: Download the iSmartOffice™ app for FREE.
Step Two: Create an account and complete registration
Create your user name and password. You will receive a confirmation email with a hyperlink to click through and validate your registration. Once the registration process is completed, you may log in to the iSmartOffice™ app.
Step Three: Request Appointments
1. Address and Date
Start by entering your address and selecting your preferred appointment date. Once everything looks correct, tap Next to continue.
2. Select Treatment
Choose the treatment you’d like to receive. If you’re unsure, you can return to DR. ANNIE™ to get your Treatment Code first. You can add or remove treatments anytime before proceeding.
3. Set BVI Parameters
Next, configure your Best Value Index, or BVI, to help the system find the most suitable clinic for you. Select preferences such as distance, price range, reviews, insurance coverage, and more. You can also set your maximum budget before tapping Next.
4. Choose a Clinic
A list of recommended clinics will appear, filtered by your chosen parameters. Review each clinic’s details including price, distance, and coverage then tap Book Now once you’ve made your choice.
Pick Visit Hour & Confirm
Select your preferred visit hour blue for selected, green for available, and gray for unavailable time slots. Tap Next, review your booking details, and confirm your appointment.
That’s it! Your appointment is now booked, and the full details will appear on your appointment page.
Tip: Use your Treatment Code from DR. ANNIE™ for more precise clinic recommendations, and adjust your BVI settings anytime to find the best match.
