According to the platform’ rule, players could, and were provided the opportunity to delete any personal information contained in the game.

Caution! By deleting your account, all of your game records, such as username, achievements, statistics, in-game rewards, etc, will be deleted and can't be recovered.

If you still want to proceed, please follow these steps:

• Login to your Account
• On the home screen, click the Settings button
• Click the Delete My Account button
• Make sure once again that you really want to delete your account, then click the Yes button

However, you still be able to play the game by registering a new account by clicking the Social Media icon at the bottom of the home screen. You will be given a new account and record, and that means it’s time to collect points again!
